Summary:
|
The District would like to retain the services of Vavrinek, Trine and Day, LLP (VTD) for the 2017-18 fiscal year. VTD provides the District with consulting services in the areas of budget, year-end closing, facilities, attendance, categorical and nutrition compliance, staff training, and advisory service, as well as coordination of multi-year projections and revenue calculations.
The total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed $100,000 without a prior, mutually agreed upon, modification to this Agreement.
The term of this Agreement will be July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
Education Code 53060: District may contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing to the special services and advice in financial, economic, accounting, engineering, legal, or administrative matters if such persons are specially trained and experienced and competent to perform the special services required.

The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18 operating budget funded through the General Fund and Nutrition Services, Fund 13.
