Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (RCSS) for the lease of a portable classroom at Paloma Valley High School. The current Lease Agreement for the building expires on June 30, 2017.
The term of the Agreement is for five years from July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 at a cost of $2,000 per year.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment, and services.

The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2021-22 operating budgets funded through the General Fund.
