Summary:
|
Walsworth has successfully provided full-service assistance, from yearbook inception to production, to sale of the yearbooks for Paloma Valley High School. The site has been very happy with the quality of the product and services that Walsworth has provided.
Paloma Valley High School would like to retain the services of Walsworth for a one (1) year renewal term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
The Board approved the initial year of the contract at the Board Meeting on June 15, 2016. The initial term of the original Agreement was from May 19, 2016 through June 30, 2017. The Agreement included up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596.
This term from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, will be the last of the four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
The estimated cost of services for the 2020-21 school year will be $49,825.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through Paloma Valley High School's Associated Student Body Account, not the General Fund.
