California Military Institute Principal, Nicholas Milosavljevic and two teachers, Sheri Dyer and Anthony Maldonado are requesting approval to attend the Out-of-State Conference, Grading From the Inside Out Workshop, May 7-10, 2019 offered by Solution Tree, in Orlando, Florida.
The Grading From the Inside Out Workshop Conference is a workshop focused on the practices and processes that will modernize grading and reporting systems. Over the course of two days, the participants will learn what it takes to ensure that teachers produce accurate grades and confident learners. Participants at this workshop will learn about grading practices, acquire standard based mindsets, gain protocols and practices, learn to teach and assess student attributes, understand why homework should be repurposed and explore other specific practices.
