Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District would like to enter into an Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with RISE Interpreting Services to provide American Sign Language interpreting for the 2017-18 school year. The use of a certified American Sign Language interpreter is a requirement for an individual student’s Individual Education Plan (IEP).
The term of this Agreement shall be from August 9, 2017 to June 7, 2018 at a total cost not-to-exceed $98,840.
Education Code 17604 and 17605: The Governing Board delegates the power to contract and purchase supplies, equipment and services.

The cost for this item is included in the 2017-18 operating budget funded through Special Education, Fund 06.
