Summary:

On November 3, 2020, The Perris Union High School District (District) and the Perris Secondary Educators Association (Association) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding regarding the format and structure of the Social Emotional Academic Support (SEAS) Program.
The SEAS Program was implemented to support students struggling with maladaptive social, emotional and/or behavioral interactions that are interfering with their ability to access their education. As the structure of the SEAS Program has shifted, the District and Association agree that teachers may desire to structure their programs differently in order to better meet the needs of their students.
The details of the Memorandum of Understanding are in the attached document.
