Summary:

The District has identified the need to conduct roofing repair and installation of new roofing materials at Heritage High School and Paloma Valley High School.
The District received nine (9) bids. Of these, Bell Roof Company, Incorporated was determined to be the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The total cost for the roofing repair and installation services is $194,779.00.

The cost for this item will be included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through the Routine Restricted Maintenance Fund, not the General Fund.
