Summary:
|
The Perris Union High School District and Frontline Education wish to continue the annual subscription for Absence Management System. The District currently utilizes the Frontline Education Absence Management system for substitute placement and absence management for our staff.
The term of the subscription shall be from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 at a total cost of $18,094.84 for the year. The Agreement may be renewed annually upon mutual consent expressed in writing by the District and Frontline Education for another three (3) additional one (1) year terms in accordance with Education Code 17596.
This item is being brought forth as a ratification due to budget uncertainties that existed as a result of the State Budget not having been signed by the Governor until June 29, 2020.

The cost for this item is included in the 2020-21 operating budget funded through the General Fund.
