Summary:
|
The District would like to enter into an Agreement with Cherished Memories for a one (1) year term from July 22, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
Cherished Memories has successfully provided photography and identification card (ID) services at all sites in the District, including the California Military Institute. The students and sites have been extremely happy with the quality of the product and services that Cherished Memories has provided.
The cost for this item is paid by students purchasing photography packages at each participating school site. The ID cards are provided free of charge to all sites and there is no cost to the District as long as the sites do not exceed their annual allotment.
This item is being brought forth as a ratification due to budget uncertainties that existed as a result of the State Budget not having been signed by the Governor until June 29, 2020. |
