California Education Code 44951 requires that the Superintendent or his designee to notify District certificated employees holding a position requiring an administrative or supervisory credential, that he/she will or may be released from the position that he/she presently holds and will or may be reassigned to another administrative position or the classroom for the 2019-20 school year. |
