|
In order to create parity among all employee groups, administration is recommending the Classified Trainee salary schedule be increased consistent with the Tentative Agreement recently reached between the District and the California School Employees Association (CSEA). That agreement provides for an ongoing salary schedule increase of 1% effective July 1, 2016 and an additional 2% increase effective July 1, 2017 for employees who were in a paid status February 1, 2017. Administration is recommending this same increase for all unrepresented employee groups, including the Classified Trainee. |
