Education law never ceases to change and grow which necessitates that school districts update policies and regulations as well as add/delete/change policies and regulations to meet the mandates of the law. The reasons for their inclusion in the district policy manual are summarized in the attached justification document. |

It is recommended that the Board of Trustees adopt: AR 6158 - Independent Study; AR 6164.41 - Children with Disabilities Enrolled by Their Parents in Private School; AR 6171 – Title I Programs (minor revision); BP 6179 - Supplemental Instruction; and, BP/AR 6200 - Adult Education. |
